The ceremony was held on September 1 at the Level-two Field Hospital (L2FH) Rotation 4. The event was attended by Mr. Paul Adejoh Ebikwo, Acting Head of the UNMISS Field Office in Bentiu, Mr. Noel Ngaha, Head of the UNMISS field operations agency, Brigadier General Mike Cooper Mujuni, Commander of Unity Military Region, and representatives of garrisoned units; and other guests.
