When is the next episode of love is blind

Love is Blind season 2 is on everyone’s minds as fans of the first season gear up for the second installment of the Netflix original dating series to land on the streamer Friday, Feb. 11. Ahead of the release, however, another entry in the franchise has made its debut, Love is Blind: Japan.

Premiering on Tuesday, Feb. 8, this international title for the franchise is the second to be produced outside of the U.S. The first, Love is Blind: Brazil, arrived last year. The Japanese version of the series follows the same rules as the original show.

Men and women participate in a social experiment that tests whether or not love is blind. Put through days of round robin dates, these love-seeking hopefuls get to know each other sight unseen and determine who their potential soulmate could be.

Once they pair up and get engaged, they’re finally allowed to “meet” one another and from there the real test begins. Can their connection developed in the pods that kept them physically apart survive in the real world as they interact with each other in the same living space and figure out the dynamic between the two of them along with their friends and family?

It all culminates in a heart-pounding wait to see who will marry one another and who will decide to part ways at the altar.

Love is Blind: Japan consists of 11 episodes, each an hour long. New episodes will release on Netflix Tuesdays at 12:00 a.m. PT/3:00 a.m. ET. Below you’ll find the full release schedule detailing the batch of episodes releasing each week over the course of February.

Somehow Love Is Blind Season 2 has pulled off the impossible. It is just as chaotic as Season 1 was, and we’ve only watched the first batch of episodes. There’s still way more ahead as these six (or is it five? or soon to be four?) march towards their wedding days. Who will say “I do” and who will come to their senses? At this point, do any of these pairings feel like a good idea?? You have a whole week to think about it before Netflix releases more episodes.

So—you’ve obviously blown through the first four episodes of Season 2. Now the question is: when will Netflix drop more episodes of Love Is Blind Season 2? And how many episodes will be in Love Is Blind Season 2? Keep reading to find out, and for a recap of where we left the season at the end of Week 1.

How does Love Is Blind Season 2, week 1 end?

Let’s break this down couple by couple, from most to least stable. First is probably Deepti and Shake. Of all the couples, these two have both acknowledged that what they are building together is special and unlike anything they’ve experienced before. They’re also not having huge misunderstandings all the time. They are struggling to build any sort of sexual chemistry, but that’s a small obstacle compared to what the rest of the couples are dealing with.

Iyanna and Jarrette ended the first 5 episodes on a high note. Yeah, Iyanna is a worried about being with someone as extroverted as Jarrette and there’s the fact that, y’know, Jarrette proposed to Mallory first. But they’re fairly solid and seem to be growing closer together.

Mallory and Salvador hit some bumps in Mexico when Jarrette entered the scene. Salvador feels uncomfortable knowing that this guy also proposed to his fiancee, and he’s not keen on her talking to him one-on-one. And no matter how many times Mallory says she loves her engagement ring, Sal keeps beating himself up for not knowing that she’d want a gold ring. These two have to get over this if they’re gonna get married.

Nick and Danielle continued to be hot and cold throughout their Mexico vacay. She had a panic attack and it seemed like Nick was totally understanding, but then he couldn’t handle her saying that she has doubts about marrying this stranger she just met. He said she was acting “toxic” which is a rough word to throw around, but the two made up the next morning… And then they had a date where Danielle said she worries that he judges her for having anxiety, and she did not believe Nick when he said he doesn’t judge her.

While Shayne and Natalie somehow seem to get along and somehow have the most sexual chemistry of the entire cast, they still seem like a complete mismatch. He’s overwhelmingly extroverted, she’s not. She can’t stop making sarcastic jokes about their relationship, and his feelings are hurt because she won’t brag about him. They left Mexico on a bad note with Shayne storming off from their date instead of settling his issues with Natalie. That does not bode well!

Also somehow Shaina and Kyle are still on this show! They reunite in Chicago where Kyle notes that she’s not wearing her ring… and he somehow remains oblivious to Shaina’s feelings. She keeps talking about their irreconcilable differences, and Kyle just keeps smiling at her. He’s not getting the hint, she’s not calling off the wedding, and she’s also not being honest with him about her strong feelings for Shayne. This is a disaster.
